Phenolic moulding compound - Injection
Phenolic moulding compounds are thermosetting plastics. It is favorably used for various used due to the excellent heat resistant, and dimensional stability, chemical resistance, high mechanical strength, Insulation Resistance and electrical properties (high voltage resistance).
Applications
· General purpose applications with better gloss such as: Domestic utensils, Heat proof buttons, push buttons, Fuse boxes, Holders, Connectors, Rotary switches, and Telephone parts.
· Kitchenware Handles, such as the handle of pan, slice, buttons of cover
· Electronic insulating parts, such as switches, lamp holder, or low-voltage appliances, dash-board.
· Molding commodities like bottle-covers, buttons, toys and other daily necessities or mechanic parts.
