Glue

Urea formaldehyde liquid glue 60 % - UFG 60 %

UFG is Thermosetting Resin Adhesive it provides a strong adhesion in a permanently dry environment, cures fast, and is relatively cheap

Applications

.Prominent role in wood construction, whenever, strong structural joins are required.

· It's used in the industry of particle board, plywood, Composite wood products such as MDF, and paper and carton.

· Manufacture of laminated products.

Hardener:

Ammonium chloride or acids is used as hardener (as per requirement). Uses:

Temperature of the press (90 – 110)ºC

Pressure and time press according to the thickness and type of wood.

Hardener percentage around 0.7- 1 % Part per weight of Resin (glue)

N.B: UF resin can be used as it is without dilution or diluted by water and filler (as wheat flour) and along with hardener.

Packaging	Storage	Handling
- Galvanized steel drum 250 kg. - Plastic IBC tank 1.270 Ton.	- Stored in cool and dry place. - The storage temperature 25^oC. - Outdoor storage tanks should be under the shed, shielded from the direct sunlight. - Expiration Date: one month from production date	- Keep containers closed when not in use. - Use approved respiratory systems, goggles, gloves & suitable anti chemical clothing recommended.
